I
remember when I was in college... feeling stressed about finals and
graduation... scraping the bottom financially... wondering how I
would support myself... making a commitment to spend the rest of my
life committed to one person... wondering what life would be like in
5-10 years... what a comfort it was when a friend took me to the side
and told me that,
"YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT TOMORROW HOLDS... ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW IS THAT GOD HOLDS TOMORROW!!!"
He was right. It was a comfort then to realize that simple truth and apply it... and it has been a constant comfort for the last 45 years since... and it will be for as many more years as God gifts me with life.
